A reminder to complete all the important back to school forms found in the link below, including emergency card and school lunch form. For most families, you will just have these two forms to complete, which can be done online. If you need to submit medical forms they will need to be printed and completed by your physician. Ms. Antonae’s Office Hours
Ms. Antonae will have virtual office hours Monday – Friday as follows:
- August 18th – August 31st, from 10 am – 3 pm
- September 1st thru the end of distance learning, from 10 am-12 pm
