HMCRA Family Culture Climate Survey

SFUSD has adopted a new way of rating school quality, and your opinions will be a part of that system! Starting TODAY, we will be asking you to fill out a short survey about our school. This survey is very important to helping us understand how we can improve the school, so please be sure you fill one out before April 26th! We want to hear every family’s voice! Thank you!

Read this flyer, return proof that you have taken the survey to your child’s teacher and your child will get two Penguin Praises, you will be entered into a drawing for $100 cash, and the first class to reach 100% participation will get $150 Scholastic dollars to buy classroom library books. Parent/Family Survey

Take the Parent/Family Survey and Win $100!!!

Please Take the 2016-17 Parent / Guardian Survey By Friday 1/27

This important survey is conducted once per year and helps to provide a view into how HMCRA is doing against the Balanced Scorecard priorities. The Balanced Scorecard is the set of goals and objectives that HMCRA sets and provides to the district. In addition:
  • the survey helps inform budget and community event priorities
  • one survey per family
  • responses are anonymous
  • all individual responses will be kept strictly confidential
